Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of my products, I’m generally unable to offer refunds or returns.

  • Ebooks and digital downloads are delivered instantly, which means all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Prints are made to order, especially for you, so once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check sizes, product details, and your shipping address before completing your purchase. (See EU exception below)

That said, I want you to be happy with your order. If your print arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your download, please reach out right away so I can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Since each print is produced specifically for you, I kindly ask that you only make use of this right if you truly need to, and let me know as soon as possible. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and returns affect me directly, but of course, I fully respect your legal right to do so.

  • This right does not apply to digital downloads (ebooks), which are delivered instantly.

  • Prints must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
