How do I receive my workbook?

Right after purchase, you’ll get an email with a download link. Each workbook comes as a beautifully designed PDF, so you can open it on your computer, tablet, or even your phone. You’re also welcome to print it at home or at a local print shop if you prefer a physical copy.

How long can I download the files for?

The download link is active for 30 days after your purchase. Please make sure to save the files to your computer, tablet, or cloud storage during that time so you’ll have lifetime access to them.

Are these the same workbooks as on Where Wonder Waits?

Yes! These are the very same workbooks I’ve shared before on wherewonderwaits.com. The only difference is that Atlas of Soul is now their dedicated home. I created this new space to bring all my self-discovery and archetype offerings together, separate from my personal blog. Going forward, all updates, new releases, and resources will be found here.

Do you test on animals? 😉

I guess it's a yes since my cat considers herself head of quality control. She carefully supervises the design process by sprawling across my keyboard and leaving fur on the drafts... Unfortunately, she still refuses to journal, so the prompts remain untested in the feline community. The workbooks themselves have only been tried out by curious, willing humans (myself included).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I’m happy to ship prints worldwide. View the shipping policy/prices here.

Prints get sent out from Germany, UK & US. Unfortunately, shipping into some parts of the world is insanely expensive but I hope to find a better solution with time.

If you'd like to order from outside of the UK/US/EU/CA/AUS, please contact me and we'll try to find a solution.

Please note that international orders may take a little longer to arrive and could be subject to customs fees, depending on your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each print is made to order, so please allow a few days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. If you're in the US, UK, Canada, EU, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, expect your order to take 6-10 days. For the rest of the world, please expect delivery times up to 15 days.

What if my print arrives damaged?

It has never happened yet (fingers crossed it stays that way!), but if your print does arrive damaged, please reach out to me right away, ideally with a photo of the damage. I’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost, because I want you to enjoy your art in perfect condition.

Do I need pay customs?

My art prints are produced as close to you as possible in order to ensure a fast delivery and a smaller environmental footprint. Orders shipped to the US, the EU, and the UK will not incur customs charges at the border.

For all other countries, customs rules vary. If your order is above the de minimis threshold set by your country, local taxes or duties may
apply. These fees are set by your government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: I can’t issue refunds if a package is returned to me due to unpaid customs or import taxes, so I kindly ask you to check your country’s rules before ordering. Thank you!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Digital downloads: Since they’re delivered instantly, orders for digital products can’t be canceled once placed.

Prints: Because each print is made to order, I can only cancel your order if you contact me very quickly, ideally within a few hours of purchase, before it goes into production. After that, it can’t be canceled, but if something urgent comes up, please reach out through the contact form

What is your refund & returns policy?

Digital downloads (workbooks, guides, etc.): Because these are instant-access digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please double-check your cart before completing your order.

Prints: Each print is made to order just for you, which means I can’t accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. I hope you understand! That said, if your print arrives damaged, please reach out to me right away (ideally with a photo). I’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
